Job responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with higher-level leaders to participate in project plan evaluation, mechanical part selection, and structural design;
2. Cooperate with automation engineers to complete the design and transformation of automation products;
3. Draw equipment assembly drawings and part drawings, and prepare material lists.
4. Participate in the assembly and debugging of equipment, coordinate with the production department for parts processing;
5. Conduct product debugging, tracking, analysis, and optimization design;
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, with relevant professional backgrounds in mechanical manufacturing and automation, mechatronics integration, mechanical engineering, etc;
2. Work experience: 3 years or more experience in automation equipment design, with relevant equipment experience in the biopharmaceutical industry being a priority;
3. Must be proficient in drawing software such as Solidworks and AutoCAD, and have a deep understanding of mechanical principles, machining processes, pneumatic principles, automation, and mechatronics integration;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, independent work ability, and strong organizational and coordination skills;
5. Possess strong team spirit, strong communication skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
